We would just like to state plan and clear that we feel the skill point cap needs to be removed. As it is there is no reason to play past RA5 as far as being able to improve our characters(STO powerleveling), as we must spend points in order to get promoted up the ranks and can not save them for later use, it makes it so that in the end, we can barely get more than one T5 skill maxed out.
